Easy Question on G325A

I've got two simple questions! (Just not simple enough that I know the answer)

  1. Question

On the G325A where it asks employer name & address, if I write "See Attachment titled, G325A, Q. Employment last five years, Part B" in the blanks without ANY OTHER information,

and complete the question on a separate sheet, using the required title as suggested in the Example Forms,

is that enough?

  1. Question

I will be using a lot of abreviations in my alien fiancee's home address. We are worried that where it says, "City" and "Province" and "Strete Number" we may not be applying the correct names listed.

I will provide the complete address on a Post-It, in the form I use when I mail her letters.

Your advice and experience is greatly appreciated!

I actually listed only the name of my employeer. I forgot the address. They approve us anyway.

My wife never recieved anything by mail....only via email. I do not think the address is an issue.

Magnus

I've prepared a modified version of the G-325A PDF that uses Times New Roman as the input font rather than Courier New. It should give you significantly more room for the information you're trying to enter. See my signature for more information and the link.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

That is AWESOME. However, can you send me a copy of that in the new format? New format edited 11/12 by USCIS. Your format is 2009. I checked USCIS and it reads, "11/23/10; (06/14/10; 02/19/10 editions also accepted)". 2009 version is not listed.

You're looking at the I-129F form info. The USCIS page for the G-325A says "Edition Date : 08/08/11. Previous editions accepted." The 2009 version is fine for the G-325A.

For the address, there's no way to make city, province, etc. match for all addresses in Peru. In mailing to Peru from the US, I've used a different format just about every time and it always arrives. Sounds like the post-it will help, though maybe you could put it on the additional sheet?
