I-129F for K3 is a petition that can only be filed by a U.S. citizen.

while it true that most people who marry a person from another country are actually themselves raised in or orginally belong to that country (naturalized U.S. citizens), there are people who are born citizens of The U.S. who marry someone from another country. Lets find how our VJ K3 petitioners aquired their U.S. citizenship.

K3 visa journey has so many steps.

Lets see at what stage of the process our members are. Please select the specific stage that you are at.

Personal information? I don't think so. No one is providing their Naturalization certificate number or passport number here. This was just intended to see whats the trend of immigrants going back home to get married.

If you still think its a waste poll, you can have it removed, I dont mind. (F)

Oh ... I didn't get that. Maybe the question you need to ask is: Are you a naturalized American who has gone back to your birth country to marry someone there?

Hi,

I took the poll and am interested in seeing the results. However, how do you account for US citizens born outside of the US but who marry someone from a country different than where they were born? For example, I was born in Germany but am a USC from birth through my dad and moved back to the US when I was five, but married someone from Venezuela. That fits into a different category all together right? If you change the poll question to include naturalized then I no longer fit into that category. I'm probably just complicating this more than you'd like but wanted to give you that information so that you have the most accurate results.

Thanks!
