question re ds3032 and when where to email

called the nvc today and they gave me our file number, so now i have that and the noa1 and 2 done, i want to know can i go ahead and send the Ds3032 tomorrow?? she said the case was active just today and wait for mail about what to do.

question 2 ... can i send it from here in usa to them from my husb?? i have it with his signature already, and will they refuse because not from his country? should i let him email it? or can i from his email? what is best? they did ask for his email address today.

oh and most important..

is this the current email to send it to ?? NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

married 2006 in jordan *we both live there

2008 had twins *delivered in usa and back to jordan with hubby*

2-2011 i came back to usa with my 3 yr old twins due to one of them needing treatment for severe sleep apnea

7-4-2012 filed I-130

12-?-2012 i-130 approved. (saw online, still waiting hard copy)

1-16-2012 called NVC they have appointed case number

1-19-2012 received email for DS-3032 to hubby

1-19-2012 mailed Ds-3032 from hubbys email

1-19-2012 received automatic response from NVC *received*

1-23-2012 received email stating DS-3032 was accepted. :)

3-07-2012 Paid AOS & IV fee online

3-09-2012 AOS & IV fee shows "PAID"

01-don't send anything untill you pay the AOS fee $88

02-yes you can e-mail the DS3032 here the example http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

03- YES it's the right adress NVCINQUIRY@state.gov
