IV Application Processing Fees

Hi

I applied for my sister who lives in Pakistan. I got a letter from the NVC saying that I have to pay IV Application Processing Fees. To do this I have to go to this website www.immigrantvisas.state.org to pay the fee. Once I got to the website it shows the principal applicant (my sister) and her family such as spouse and children and pay the fee. So I selected everyone including the principal applicant. once I selected it I clicked the pay selected fee. it would not go next and the amount would go down to $0.00. Later I got this message............

PRINCIPAL APPLICANT: The Principal Applicant's IV fee has not been selected for payment at this time. Please note that the National Visa Center cannot complete processing this case until the Principal Applicant's Immigrant Visa Fee is paid.

My question is what should I do about this should I contact the NVC?

If you received notification to pay those fees then I think I would contact NVC.. if you were early in paying the fees and haven't received notice then wait until the notice comes in.

Sometimes it's a browser issue.. i didn't have that problem but I've read posts where ppl used a different browser and it seemed to correct the problem.

9/20/2013 USCIS reaffirmed sent to embassy

1/04/14 Case opened for review

8/31/15 Interview- no questions visa approved on the spot

9/8/15 visa status issued

9/10/15 visa received

9/19/15 POE Charlotte

try again from a PC running winders and IE 8.

If you not have the same problems - sorry, was a web browser issue.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
