K-1 Visa

Hello All,

I would like to ask about something about K-1 Visa,which is as follows:

Me and my Fiance are working on K-1 Visa and we are waiting for the approval of I-129F NOA2 and once they approved it and send all the package to where i am live,i know they will give me an appointment for the interview,filling forms and medical,but i have to prepare something first and i have my Passport,birth certificate and other documents in my hand and i am not sure if they gonna ask me my vaccination document,so if anyone knows about this,please help? But i knew that when my friend worked on her K-3 visa they never asked her for vaccination certificate,but i am not sure if they ask for K-1.

This is a step by step, you apply for I129f, get an approval it goes to the embassy, they send paperwork to the foreign finance, you get your medical, police checks etc. completed, submit all he paperwork and get a visa at the end. I think it is better to gt all vaccinations prior to coming to USA. Read all about how to do it and the issues involved in VJ. Good Luck.

Vaccinations are not required in order to get a K-1 visa. If the applicant has a record of their vaccination, that can be used during the Adjustment of Status process in order to show that additional vaccinations are not needed. Contrary to the above post, it is not necessarily better to get them before coming to the US. You can just as easily get them here though in some cases it might be a little more expensive.

Agree- they can be very price here- Civil Surgeons are expensive....
