The I-864 is the one you need, *unless* your husband meets the requirement through income alone (not assets as well) and then you can use either the I-864 *or* the I-864EZ, which is a shorter version that can only be used in that situation.

Thank you for answering me, my husband do meet the requirements by income alone. so since ican use either of the form i think ill stick to the shorter version. again Thank you.

Good luck! We used the I-864EZ ourselves, and it was very simple and straightforward. I recommend ordering tax transcripts so you can send those in instead of copies of tax returns and W-2s.
