So my priority date is March 2010 and was current before the retrogression. Now that the dates are moving up a bit quicker, can anyone tell me what will happen when it becomes current again? I want to be prepared so that I don't cause any more delay...benn a long time. Thanks in advance for any replies!

Well - ot all depends on what you have done so far. If you have submitted the AOS & DS-230 documents then you would be scheduled for an interview. If you have submitted the Aos/Ds230 forms 6+ months then I'd suggest completing an updated ds 230, police cert., tax return/transcript for the most recent year.

if your case is currently completed pending the case to be current when it is close you will reveive notice to appear for an interview and medical appt.

hi we have the same situation me too my PD is march 2010 and nvc told me that my case is completed one year ago , so if u have any news you can tell me thank u very much
