Just wondering if anyone has had previous experience with NBI clearance... My fiancee had recently picked up his NBI clearance and didn't notice until he got home that on his name they used a "y" instead of ","... Can anyone tell me if they are really sensitive about the name and typos?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

The " y " in between the name is from the Spanish convention. Meaning your first middle and last name.

Example Name: Christian Dolores Santana

NBI will place : Christian Dolores y Santana
