Despite the fact that i got a court affidavit and police record for my prepaid line, my mobile operator(Airtel), they said they're having issues with sending me the call records and my interview is next week. I have vowed to take them to court after my interview if i didn't have it before then.

I did Visited Airtel and Called MTN for my Call records. After Airtel asked me to provide the Court affidavit and Police report,i was told i needed a letter from the embassy as well (I knew the Embassy wasnt going to give).

MTN Said they dont give out Call records except on security issues.

Reading through the Packet 3/4, its stated that the TELEPHONE RECORD SHOULD BE FROM THE US CITIZEN,So she is providing that even though i do most of the calling to her.I am sure it will be accepted if your US fiance/spouse Provides the Phone records

Best of Luck

Ok guys. Airtel just mailed my call history to me this morning in an attachment email. So i'll have both the Rebtel and the calls i made with Airtel as our call records for the interview. Although its just 3months call history they could give out. No need to institute a Legal action against them anymore. Lol

If you cannot get your naija phone records then thats ok but if you can't then the petitioner's phone records should be fine as long as it has the beneficiary's phone number, how long the conversation was and the dates when they took place. Remember to highlight the relevant numbers.
