Wow.

Just Wow.

When I look at the timelines, and click on NOA-2 to sort by NOA-2 date

Good Lord. CSC is ripping em through, the last 20 I-130's that our members have reported on.

Some anomoly? All expedites? Or maybe a data error?

What are your thoughts?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Anomaly which has been going on since October, that I benefited from.

Most cases, if not all, of fast approval are determined by:

- beneficiary living in a VWP and/or low fraud country

- petitioner residing with their spouse in that country. In other words, cases that would have been DCF before the change in August.

Sucks for everyone else, messes up the estimations here on VJ, but extremely positive for the happy few.

Didn't study AOS timelines, sorry. Only IR-1/CR-1 stuff. Not K-1, either.

Casefile types, duration on adjudication for THE PETITION, Time always varies by type.

I am NOT comparing 'all' - just noting CSC for IR-1/CR-1 I-130 approval durations.

Hope that made sense? I've skewed my timezones again.
