I dont know but six months sounds like a long time and changes could have happened regarding your employment status( in their minds) is it a one-man business or can you get the letter from some department? just something to back up an support that you are still employed and nothings has changed from the last employment letter you were given...with immigration, better too much than too little

GOD has been WONDERFUL!!!

That should work if you cannot get anything else. Its validates you are still employed, not just employed but employed by the same company that issued the letter of employment six months ago and your salary can be seen on that too. Good luck!!!

Remember: they are required to validate current, ongoing income so they want to see the most recent record of income at the interview. Your letter and tax info that were submitted before the interview just give a history of qualifying income. The only way they can verify current income is with paystubs and/or bank statements to match.

If you are with the same employer who issued the original letter then the letter is still good and the current paystub will provide proof that you are with that same employer and have the income that you reported.

If: you have direct deposit then a matching bank statement should nicely show the flow of money to your account as an immigration officer who wants to be a jerk can, if he or she wishes, claim that you "created" your paystub. I would not expect that to happen but you never know LOL

So paystub should be okay rigt?

i don't get it.
