As you may or may not know, my wife and stepdaughter came as a K1/K2 visa holder. Apparently we are filling out the I-751 application for my wife and stepdaughter individually. Does anyone know which box am I suppose to select in part 2 in the I-751 application for my stepdaughter? I would appreciate it as much as possible. Thanks.

Why are you filing separately? Did they POE more than 90 days apart?

Actually I meant to say that both applications are going together to remove conditions. Technically, I think I have to pay $590 for each. Or can I put them together in one application and pay one fee? She's only 8 years old and she does live with me and my wife.

You only file on application, for the adult and include the child. You'll pay a single application fee but 2 bio-metrics fees.

If they file together you only need one petition. One petition fee and two biometric fees.
