Okay, I sent off the paperwork for AOS and they sent it all back saying there was an issue with medical piece, I also missed one of the birth certificate translation pages. There was an issue with the medical information so we are trying to get medical exams scheduled again with a different doctor. Because of needing 3 more exams I can't get the paperwork back yet. I know there was a 90 day window to get married/submit it originally but now I must wait to get an exam and with it being the holidays the doctors I have contacted so far can't do anything for a few weeks. Should I be worried since I can't get the paperwork back within a couple of weeks? It will probably be the end of January before I can get the forms sent off again. Thanks.

If you are on a K1, not a major problem, get it done as fast as your can and return it. Don't go the cheap DR on the list, find the one who can to it right. For good advise please fix your time line.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

the only deadline once you enter on a K-1 is to get married within 90 days. when it comes to AOS the only thing that USCIS seem to advise is to apply promtly

I am bit confused with your wording. did they reject your package and send it back with the check? If so, take your time, no rush. Get what you need and send it back. Take your time, relax and do it right.

OR

Did you get an RFE which has a specific date to respond by? If that is the case, you need to respond by that date.

Did you get an RFE? Or did they just send your package back? If you received an RFE, it should tell you when to respond by.
