Your case undergoes preliminary processing at MSC (Missouri Service Center or National Benefits Center). Often it is the MSC that issues any RFE's for your case. The I-765 and I-131 are adjudicated at the MSC, while the I-485 is forwarded to your local district office for an interview or to the CSC for approval without an interview.
