I am currently a green card holder and is looking for a way to get my fiance in the country. I was just wondering if I would be eligible to file for a fiance visa for her even if I'm not yet a citizen?

No, fiance visas are only for US citizens. You would need to get married, then file for a spousal visa.

Just to clear it up, so even if I'm just a green card holder, if I marry her already then I will be able to petition her in to the country? Or will i still need to be a citizen?

No if u marry her u can petition for her to come to the states but it will just take longer than if u were a citizen

while you are a greencard you can marry your fiance to her home country then you can file a petition as spousal visa procedure. if you wait to be a US citizen then you can petition for her as K1 fiance visa
