Hi every one

I have a question

Can Us consulate know if the beneficiary have any relative in USA....I don't know how to answer this because the beneficiary relative got divorced and remarried again ......I don't want to have any problems because they will ask me all the question about the divorce and remarried and I don't know the story about it. so I want to answer by :I don't have any relative in US can this be a problem, I know I don't want to lie but I am so concerned, I don't want to get punished with others problems

I suggest NEVER lie. Your wife will get a lifetime ban.

Especially since I think your wife is from Morocco and is 26 years younger then you and this is your third marriage. and your 2nd marriage was to a foreigner you brought to USA.

You will have a difficult time in Morroco already. So, do not give them any further reasons to deny you.

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

If asked about relatives tell the truth, no parents , siblings but an uncle that you are not close to. ( or whatever the relative is ) It is ok to say I don't know if that is the truth.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
