Hello Everyone,

I am curious on what is next since USCIS approved our I-129F application. Are we going to wait till the packet they sent to my fiance will be receive? And also regarding the I-129F application they said that we need a copy of the whole package but then my fiance forgot to . What are we going to do? Please enlighten me... thank you!

July 05 2011- form I-129f sent by mail

July 12 2001- NOA1

July 14 2011- Touched

November 29, 2011 - NOA2

January 13, 2011 - Eligibility Letter Received

April 16 2012-Medical appointment-PASSED!

April 27 2012- Interview-PASSED!

You can use this guide, my advise is to start ASAP on collecting your forms.

Maybe you can try to get the I-129F forms together again, maybe records on your computer :unsure:

They did not ask me anything from the I-129F Package but you never know!!!!

I didn't have a copy of the i-129f package either and they never asked for it :) good luck!

June 7, 2011 - case number assigned, petition sent to US consulate in Bucharest
June 27, 2011 - interview - approved
June 30, 2011 - POE Boston
August 14, 2011 - married

AOS journey
September 30, 2011 - filled for AOS and EAD
October 4, 2011 - NOA1
October 26, 2011 - Biometrics
October 26, 2011 - Case moved to CSC
November 23, 2011 -Email from USCIS - card production
November 28, 2011 - Email from USCIS - I485 approved!!!
November 29, 2011 - Welcome letter in the mail
December 5, 2011 - Green card in the mail - date issued 11/16/2011

Lifting Conditions

September 17, 2013 - Sent application

September 20, 2013 - NOA1

October 11, 2013 - Case moved to CSC

October 18, 2013 - Biometrics

January 3, 2014 - Approved
