So, here I am going through all my paper work for the Adjustment of Status from my K1 visa,

One issue, not even on the USCIS website can I find an exact price for the filing that is up to date. It would appear this website has either not been updated since 2007 or the original $1,010 is still correct?

Or is it now $985 for the forms and you pay the $85 got the biometrics on a different check?

Or is it now just $1,070?

And I also found out that it could cost $1000.

Now after having to pay $405 (which was $340 last time I checked a month ago) for another NOA2 (which I never received) from my K1, I'm kinda confused and annoyed, and feel that a tiny kittens life maybe at risk should I even dare to phone the USCIS again! ><

So please can anyone clarify this? As to what the cost is now on this day, from Decemeber 2011?

Much love <3

$1070 ($985 plus $85 for biometrics)

It's on the website under "check filing fees"

Pay the whole thing with one single check

$1070 USD including for your biometric. If you fill your EAD (I-765) together with your I-485, you do not need to pay for it. Check the following link!
