After all the duplicates of duplicates....I do not remember adding G325. What will happen if I forgot to include a form?????

You could just write a letter include your receipt number, etc. and send them (your beneficiary has sign/complete one too). That way you don't find out what could happen.

YES good idea, I did his but NOT sure about mine. Better to make sure and send duplicate than to wait and see...

You will get an RFE for the missing form.

Writing the letter (even if you include your receipt number) and including the form with it will be nothing more than an exercise in futility. Sending anything to USCIS unsolicited will not get matched with your file.
