Hey everyone!

I registered for the case status update online and requested email notifications.

My case has been touched twice but I have never received a notification via email.

Has this happened to anyone else? It's not a big deal but it'd be nice.

My account says that the email notification is on...

Ideas?

Thanks in advance! :P

Touches are not notified by e-mail, since there's no change of status in your case. You'll only get notified by e-mail if you get an RFE, an Approval or something like that.

I haven't even gotten a touch, and did an update on my address over a month ago now. The online status and email system is a bit sketchy.

Many are seeing no touches, and getting one or more email approvals, without seeing any changes in status online...

Good luck on your journey!
