Quick Question on G-325A form

Hi All,

I have a quick question about the Bio forms (G-325A). For starters, I know that both Petitioner and Beneficiary need to fill out their own forms in quadruplicate, so that you have a total of 8 pages.

My question is actually about the big, bold box at the bottom of each of the pages of the form that says "APPLICANT" right above. Now, on the Petitioner's version (mine), do I put my name in that bold box, or do I put Alina's name in there even though it's my form?

On the 4 forms for you, you write your name.

On the 4 forms for your Fiancee, her name.

On the 4 forms for you, you write your name.

On the 4 forms for your Fiancee, her name.

Correct, This is what I did on our forms. This form is for the Biographic data of the person filling out, so everything on it is about that person only.
