I WANT TO QUESTION ABOUT THE IMPACTS OF HR 3012 ON COUNTRIES LIKE INDIA (LESS SUBSCRIBED).????? I HAVE MY OWN PREDICTION THAT IT WONT AFFECT TOO MUCH BCAZ CUT OFF DATES FOR MAXICO AND REST OF THE WORLD ARE VERY NEAR.....BUT IF 15% ALLOWED THEN F4 IN INDIA IS OVERSUBSCRIBED SO MOST OF THE VISAS WILL BE ALLOTED TO F4 AND NOT TO F2A IN INDIA.....WHAT DO YOU SAY GUYS?

That it is a proposed law very unlikely to pass?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

So does it mean the HR 3012 bill wouldn't impact a lot on the F2A category. From what i read in the forum, introducing this bill means longer waiting time for the rest of the world in the family Based category. My question is,is the F2A category gonna experience longer waiting time????

While members of this forum are contemplating on sending mail to Senators for introduction intermediate visas such as W visa as suggested in HR 3119, Irish people are lobbying to have their quotas of visas introduced as a tag along for the senate version of the HR 3012 bill. No one would care for F2A issues if the stakeholders themselves ignore bringing the law makers to attention on what is happening. Would any take action now or just hope?
