By December 22 it would be 4 months since last NOA1 for I130 at CSC. My mom told me to try and call them to ask them about my file but I dont feel like it will do any good... right? Should I just wait till the 5 months?

I am NEVER lucky with anything in my life because nothing ever works out for me with whatever I do so I know I wont be lucky with immigration stuff and get my NOA2 until the 5 months is up.. unlike all the other lucky ppl who get theirs before so anyway thats just my simple question.. and I just wanted to ask has anyone ever felt like their file is lost or something? I dont know why but because of how Unlucky I am I feel like my case is going to fall in a hole in the ground and get sucked in by some machine and vanish to outer space.

There is a difference of being lucky and working for something. If you are not lucky and you believe that, then you should be knocking all doors to open up by force.....

Calling the USCIS is not gonna cost you a dime, they serve for you and plus we pay them to do the work for us as citizens of this country, so you should get shy about.. call them every damn minute whenever you like and however you like.

Making story short... CAlLLING IS FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE AND ALWAYS KEEPS YOUR STRESS DOWN A LITTLE BIT

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
