Got a letter about speeding up the process for AOS

My wife just did her biometrics this past week.

Today got a letter that says...

This is to advice you that in order to speed up processing we have transferred the above case to the following USCIS office for processing:

California Service Center, 2nd Flr, 21000 Avila Road, Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0111

that office will notify you of the decision made on the application or petition.

Is this normal?

Is it good?

That is normal, and it is good.

It means the CSC will be processing your application instead of your local office, and that they will try (and most probably succeed) to complete it without having to call you in for an interview.

Better check it again. Premium processing is only available for employment based applications.

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

Better check it again. Premium processing is only available for employment based applications.

Okay I checked again. you are correct. It says "if you submitted a Premium" I misread this..
