i'm from Tunisia and i need a fiance' to get married in the states, i need to know the documents nd the steps to follow.

thank you

Are you in USA? Are you on a tourist visa?

Are you asking to get a fiance or do you have a fiance?

I am a little confused.

To get married in the USA you will have to be in USA. She will have to fill out the paperwork to get your visa approved.

If you marry in USA you can stay in usa and she can file papers from USA.

If you are in your country then she must file fiance papers.

Good luck
