How Do i get a Cert of Nationality from the USA

Filed I129F: 03/4/2011

Received by USCIS: 3/8/2011

NOA:3/10/2011

NOA2:06/21/2011

Case# received from NVC: 07/1/2011.

got packet 3/4: Aug/4/2011

Interview: Sept 21st 2011

Did you naturalize? If yes, then don't you have your naturalization certificate?

December 2009 -- Visit to Malaysia.

February 2010 -- Applied for B2 visa, approved.

March 2010 -- Visited US.

April 2010 -- Returned from US.

May 2010 -- Sent in K1 Visa application.

July 2010 -- Received NOA2 in 71 days from NOA1.

July 2010 -- Packet 3 received.

August 2010 -- Cancellation of K1 Visa application.

Are you the petitioner or beneficiary? If petitioner, your US passport should be enough proof. If beneficiary, you won't get one until you become a citizen, which is 3+ years after you become a greencard holder.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I am the petitioner and I am a born USC but i heard or saw that my passport and The Cert. of Nationality are two different things and i may need one to get married in morocco

I am the petitioner and I am a born USC but i heard or saw that my passport and The Cert. of Nationality are two different things and i may need one to get married in morocco

Your passport is enough and you will need a certified/original copy of your birth certificate. If you are flying into Casa I suggest yo make sure your flight gets in early enough so that you can stop by the Consulate to get your 2 documents needed from them which will cost you $100. That is what Abdul and I did.... That way you have that out of the way and don't have to worry about goig back to casa....... I believe I sent you a copy of the instructions....
