Felicity's going to the post office tomorrow to send all the paperwork to me, so I can file the I-129. I wasn't sure if she needed to also make the 1 page typed paper on how we met, or if the USCIS only cares about me answering it. If I don't include something from her perspective on that, am I more likely to get an RFE? It's getting down to crunch time, and I'm just a nervous wreck! :wacko:

I added a supplemental page for this describing how we met in person and had all supporting documentation in the petition (boarding passes for the flight, hotel receipts, pictures)

Jan- Recd NOA1

Feb- Recd RFE for missing BC

Mar- Recd RFE for missing BC

Apr- NOA2 Case approved

May- NVC case #

May- paid $88 AOS FEE

We were able to do only one letter, which we both signed, but that's because we saw each other every weekend. But, if you can't both sign one letter, I would send a letter from each of you. Just get your fiance to do a quick letter and send it to you with the rest of her documents.

You will need a letter of intent to marry from Felicity, but she doesn't HAVE to answer that question, it's not necessary. You, the USC, are the one petitioning USCIS to allow Felicity to apply for a fiance visa, so you are required to answer all the questions.

I would think only you because you are the one filing the petition. I was the only one who typed up the letter about how we met and when we've met in person and I'm the only one who signed it and we breezed by with no problems :)
