NOA1 on Nov 14 and an RFE on Feb 10. Hard copy has yet to arrive! So anxious!

Damn, 2 denials? That is horrible. Atleast you got an RFE now, and hopefully it is something you can easily fix in 5 minutes and send back ASAP. And then get a swift approval. Good luck on that buddy

It's nice to hear that some Nov. filers are starting to get NOA2. This month the wait has really started to seem long. I find myself getting impatient about little things and i know its only cos the wait for the NOA2 is starting to feel forever long. I think the holidays made dec and Jan go by quick. But, Feb. seems to really be dragging. I'm ready for winter to be over along with the wait for the NOA2. It looks like most the oct and nov approvals so far have been from VSC and since we are at CSC i'm sure i need to be prepared to keep waiting patiently. Does anyone else feel like Feb. has been the hardest month yet?

Okay, here's some answers to questions a couple of people have asked me...

1. I'm not sure why we got our NOA2 so quickly but I have a couple of ideas rolling around in my mind of why it might have happened. I think we may have gone through the "background check" portion a bit faster because of the security checks both he and I have already been through within the last year for our jobs. BUT... it could also just be that ours was pulled from the stack faster. Who really knows with this kind of stuff?

2. When I got my NOA 1, I got both a text and email. With the NOA 2, I got just an email.

Hope this helps a bit. :)
