There says that you have to show that you have an ongoing relationship but also proof of engagement, what did u present or what are u planning to¿¿

Does your culture or country have a specific engagement party or process? then use that.

If not then you need no engagement proof only on going relationship proof.

Not really, it depends of what do you want to do, sometimes people organize a little get together, sometimes they dont

I wasn't asked about it, they just request my pics, and I gave them some of February of this year (interview on Sep) and that was it, they didn't ask me for call records or emails...

I just filed but I enclosed a copy of the ring appraisal and the actual receipt. Come to think of it maybe I should have included photos of her clearly wearing the ring.

Nothing. We presented signed letters of intent to get married. Nothing else. This does not work for all consulates. It will probably work for Peru.
