Just as Juan and nan stated all those things. Just take anything that can answer any question that they might have. We had 2 separate folders both 4 fingers thick. one that we gave when they asked if we had anything else to give as evidence. It was facebook screen shots, blog screenshots, phone bills, any emails that were written between he and i , and any of the family members, chat photos of us online. Whatever you can bring.the second folder was all the originals we sent in and all the items from packet 3 just incase something was missing that they needed!

You guys will do great! this time before is so exciting!!!!!! GOOD LUCK! MUCH LOVE!

Your CR1 interview is going to be different in London over what those from Thailand and Turkey are saying in this thread. They will not want documentary proof of your relationship. And it will be different than what Charlotte's K1 fiance will bring. In the top menu bar find Reviews: Embassy/USCIS & POE . Click Embassy, find London, the read what the CR1/IR1 people say about the interview.

Thanks for your response. Yes I have been reading the consulate reviews which is funnily enough what prompted me to start this discussion as people seemed to be mentioning photographic evidence a lot and this was not something I had planned on bringing or heard was necessary for the London Interview. I guess a few photos in the folder won't hurt, I just wasn't sure if this was the norm. I guess it's better to be over prepared, in reality it sounds like the whole thing is mainly waiting around and then a few cursory questions. Who cares as long as it's APPROVED!

Thank you and Good Luck for your interview! I'm sure it will all go wonderfully, from the sounds of it, it is mainly waiting around for your number to come up on a screen and then a few quick questions, we are so nearly at the finish line!

The K1 thing confused me for the longest time, I just didn't realise it was different to the CR1 so I was getting conflicting information on the forums all the time!

I've heard to bring photocopies of your paperwork that you submitted (mainly the evidence that went with the DS-230) in case they've misplaced bits, but no evidence of a bonafide relationship is needed other than a few answers to basic questions.

Ready for my grand ol' timeline? Alrighty then!

10-05-10 - Married in California
06-13-11 - I-130 approved
10-13-11 - CASE COMPLETE!
12-02-11 - Interview - 221g due to a washed passport
12-17-11 - POE - YYC (preclearance in Canada)

2011 to 2013 - Life happened

06-26-13 - Divorce finalized

10-07-13 - I-751 divorce filer paperwork journey begins

07-03-14 - ROC interview - approval pending delayed background checks

07-25-14 - APPROVED! 10 year GC is finally in production!

08-01-14 - 10 year GC in hand. The journey has finally ended. :)

2014 to 2020 - Living paperwork-free and focused on me!

11-09-20 - N-400 filed online - welcome back VJ fam!

6-22-21 - Interview in Nashville, approved! And then...

6-22-21 - Pledge of Allegiance taken. Holy shirtballs I'm a US Citizen.

I've spent so many years in the loving arms of the USCIS, but now it's time to fledge. So long, my friends, may all your journeys also end on the doorstep of whatever you're searching for.
