Hi guys,

I need someone's advice regarding I-134. To make the story short, My fiance had quit his job last year(September 2010) and temporarily moved here in the Philippines and went back to USA last Feb. this year. Just recently, he found a new job and started a month ago (September 2011). My question is, Is there a need to present his Income tax return for last year during my interview? We are worried coz his income last year(2010) was low. And if I'll be having my interview early next year(2011), I am worried we cannot present or meet the income tax return requirement as he just started working a month ago( SEpt 2011) According to him he will file for his taxes early next year before my interview from Sept to present(the day he will file)next year. Would that be fine? He earns 65K and is working Fulltime Regular Employee.

I need your advice coz I am confused and to make my mind at peace!

Yes, he submits a copy of his tax return. The interviewing officer will be more concerned with his current and ongoing income, not past years' tax returns. If that meets the requirement that should be sufficient.

Submit tax returns, current evidence of employment and stubs, letter from employer, if sufficient you should be OK, you can always have a backup sponsor paperwork if needed.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
