Hi everyone is it possible that rfe is in NOA1? or all NOA1 have this paragraph?

NOTE: Conditional resident applicants, including conditional resident dependents residing overseas pursuant to military or government orders WILL NOT RECEIVE an ASC appointment notice. To complete biometrics processing, these applicants must submit the required listed on the I-751 form instructions.

If you have not already done so, provide supporting documents to assist USCIS in processing your petition and to establish eligibility to remove the conditional basis of your permanent residence. PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF THIS RECEIPT NOTICE WITH ANY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS YOU SUBMIT. Such evidence may include, but is not limited to, the following items:

-Lease of joint tenancy or joint ownership of assets

-Joint mortgage agreement and/or property deed

-Tax Returns

-Birth certificate (s) of any child (ren) born from the marriage

-Joint policies of life, medical and/or car insurance

Is the paragraph after the note an RFE to me? or what? Or it's still related to the NOTE ? I remember having an rfe it was in a different letter and it's colored yellow.

I passed our tax returns, but non of lease, mortgage and joint policies since we don't have that. We still live in my in law's house and there's no policies of life and car insurance since my husband is only under her parents car insurance. No medical insurance either.

I'm just so paranoid waiting. I hope it's not an rfe to me and I just ignored it for a long time unconsciously.

I just hope all NOA1 are stated like that. Please let me know. Thank You.

My main question is if all of the NOA1 have that paragraphs? Is yours? or by your reply it means that is an rfe for me?

My case is different my CO put Resident since 05/20/2009 in my card, so by the time i received my green card I have 1 year validity on it. I remembered my husband ask my CO during AOS interview if I'm a resident already by the time my marriage got registered? And the CO put a note on my papers then.

It's the same for me. I think since it's a form letter, every NOA1 for ROC is like that. Don't worry too much.
