Sorry to hear about your situation!

In place of my NOA2 in my AOS packet I included a short letter explaining why it wasn't in there (I misplaced it) and copies of my appointment letter from the embassy, my AOS was approved quickly without problems.

03-2011 Notice of acceptance of AOS packet.

03-2011 Biometrics appointment in St Albans.

03-2010 Case transfered to California Service Centre.

04-2011 I-485 Approved.

; Agree with the others, if you don't have a copy in your E-mail or wherever, contact USCIS and they will send you a new NOA2, although, ofcourse, it'll cost you some bucks :whistle:
