i already get my case complete but my wife change her address and move to another house at the same town .should we contact the uscis and fill the i-865 form ?and do you think that if we do this it may delay the case or if we do not do it ,it may affect the case ? and if my wife has moved to the new house before the time at which we got the case complete do you think this is a problem ? i want you to know that all the communications with the nvc was by e-mails and they sent us the check lists and their requests for documents by e-mails and we have an attorney who is responsible for the case and the nvc has his address

When you say your case is complete... do you mean you are just waiting on your visa? Does all notifications and mail go to the address of your attorney?

wife = 'USCitizen spouse' ?

If that's the case, please update HER address:

1. with NVC

2. at the US Embassy where you will interview

3. at the POE, with the CBP people,

as

this is the address where yer greencard will be sent.

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
