According to the K-1 Visa guide on this site, a G-325A form is required. However, there is no mention of the G-325A form on the USCIS website in regards to K-1 visa application. Does anyone know if the requirement for this document has been dropped?

Concur - it's still in the I-129F instructions (requiring a G-325A for both people)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

8-3-11:Administrative Processing ended - APPROVED!!!!!! :D

9-10-11:Married!!!

9-26-11:Sent AOS Packet

10-6-11:Received NOA1s via text and E-mail

10-9-11:NOA1 hardcopies received, along with biometrics appointment letter

I remember reading all process carefully. I thought I understood it well, But, I never knew about it until my fiance told me I need to fill G-325A or biographic information. I asked him, where he was reading about that and he said on local embassy website(the link that I sent to him,unsure.gif). I think you just need to read through all the information. I found the form separately, am not sure where, whistling.gif
