Edi had his medical in Bucharest like a week before his interview, this was 3 months ago. Do we still need to get him a medical HERE before sending in the AOS paperwork? Im seeing in the instructions that if hes had his medical within the last year, he only needs to send in his vaccination suppliment paper, not the entire medical. I just want to make sure of this before I spend $590 tomorrow on a medical he may not need because he already had one done in Romania for immigration purposes just 3 months ago. And he does have his vaccination paper given to him on US gov paper.

As long as you submit the AOS paperwork less than one year from the K-1 medical exam, no further medical is required, just the Vaccination Supplement.

Good luck for a speedy AOS approval.
