hiya

just looked at your timeline...if you mailed it in march this was the calculation of june to of heard something...it is over that now and i would be ringing to see what is going on ...

the date is an estimate of when you should be approved by ....it wont be changed...

REMOVING CONDITIONS

11th Aug 2008 - Mailed I-751 to CSC.

12th Aug 2008 - Application received

14th Aug 2008 - Cheque cashed

18th Aug 2008 - Received NOA-dated the 12th

26th Aug 2008 - Received Biometrics letter

4th Sept 2008 - Biometrics-Detroit-Complete-'Touched'

5th Sept 2008 - 'Touched'

1st Dec 2008 - APPROVED-Card production ordered -112 days

8th Dec 2008 - USCIS mailed approval notice.

8th Dec 2008 - Received my 10 year Greencard in the mail. took 2 days.

Although I have the above date for approval my card actualy states the

2nd December..

HI I JUST CHECKED YOUR TIMELINE, THAT IS BASED ON OTHERS HERE WHO HAVE SIMILAR ONES, BUT SEEING HOW LONG ITS BEEN FOR YOU I WOULD PUT A CALL INTO UCIS AND SEE IF THEY CAN TRACK IT FOR YOU, BY ALL RIGHTS YOU SHOULD HAVE HAD SOME KIND OF NOTICE, WE FILED IN JUNE AND HAVE GOTTEN A FEW TOUCHES AND ON SEPT 19TH A RFE EMAIL NOTICE.KEEP US POSTED. TERRY

Our dates our very similar. I received my NOA1 for my I-130 on March 15th and I also have not received an approval yet. I am in Venezuela so I can't call the USCIS personally, but I had my dad call, the congresswoman's office and the senator's office call to see what was going on. Unfortunately no one wants to help us until the dates on the uscis.gov site are updated. Right now they're on Feb 5th (I filed at the VSC). Try calling USCIS and see what they say. Maybe you'll get more help than I did. Keep us updated on your case! Good luck!
