I got CC on the 19th, but my question is i can still log on in the portal payment of nvc, is this normal? I'm really hoping we can still get an october intreview but unfortunately the operator says its full and we just call back on the 2nd week of oct. for the novermber schedule. :crying:

Our Timeline- IR-1 Visa : 204 days

USCIS Timeline: 90 days

04.08.11- Send 1-30

04.13.11- NOA1 (CSC)

04.18.11- Touched

07.12.11- NOA2 Yay!

NVC Timeline:- 37 days

08.02.11- NVC Received

08.20.11- Case No. assign/IIN 37 days from NOA2

08.23.11- receives DS 3032/AOS fee bill

08.24.11- Pay AOS Bill/ Sends the DS 3032 thru email

08.27.11- Received IV-Fee Bill

08.27.11- Pay IV-Fee Bill

08.29.11- Sends AOS via USPS

08.30.11- IV- Fee Bill shows Paid

09.08.11- Send IV packet

09.08.11- Received checklist RFE on AOS

09.12.11- RFE docs sends via usps

09.19.11- Case Completed

09.30.11- received interview date (email)

10.11.11- Medical exam.( Passed)

10.13.11- NVC Left

10.19.11- Consulate Received

11.03.11- Interview - Approved! Thank God.

11.04.11- Visa Issued

11.09.11- Visa on hand

USA

POE- Atlanta- 11.16.11

Received Welcome Letter: 11.30.11

Received Green Card: 12.09.11

Received SSN: 12.17.11

We're on the same boat the operator told my lawyer to call back 2nd week of October if we don't get anything from them until oct. I was hoping for an October date but I guess not. I have a question do u have a medical exam appointment already? Can you do it without the interview date?

History:

Husband and I were childhood friends (neighbors)

left the philippines when I was 6yrs old

Came back to the Philippines 2004 which we hanged out

1 year of courtship

2005 we became official

2006 went back to philippines for vacation

2010 went home to the Philippines March-September

March 4, 2011- Paralegal Mailed documents Chicago

March 8, 2011- Was received in Chicago

Priority Date- March 8, 2011

March 14, 2011- TOUCHED (according to uscis.gov)

March 18, 2011- Received NOA1 hardcopy (Priority date March 8, 2011)

June 15, 2011 - NOA2 (notification on 6/15, received hardcopy on 6/17)

July 16, 2011 - received case number, IIN

July 25, 2011 - AOS bill invoiced and paid

July 27, 2011 - AOS bill appears as PAID

Sept 2, 2011 - RFE

Sept 13, 2011 - Case Complete

hey,,, congrats... me 2,, my case completed on 7TH Sep, 2011.. and am still till now log on in the protal payment lool... (i want my SIF ) :P,,, and i called the NVC yesterday .. they said also Sep is full and OCT is full 2, and they told me to call back on the 2nd week of oct for nov schedule.. i hope my interview will be on NOV.. and u 2.. Good luck

Hi,

I have a question, how do you know when NVC has completed your case? "case complete". We have done all the papers and payments.

hi,, if u have done all ur papers and nothing is missing.. or the nvc will not request any paper RFE.. for IV or AOS.. THEN u keep calling the NVC.. and talk with operator and they will tell u that ur case complete... or AVR messege.. will tell u that your case was completed on..... they will not send u an email. you should always call them to know.. All there will not be SIF anymore. I had SIF first time my case was closed on 8/15 (but due to technical reasons it was opened) but none of that got CC after 8/20 or so got SIF even after our cases were sent to the consulates with interview dates. The AVR message also didn't change from "Your case has been completed....." till date.

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.
