i-765 FILLING QUESTION

Hi there I am wondering for question 16 on the I-765 form did I fill it our correctly? The example is throwing me off. I am sending it in along with my I-485 ofcourse but is the answer filled out correctly or is it supposed to be different? Thanks!!

4/20/2010: Met for the first time

8/01/2010: Moved in together at his parents

5/29/2011: Asked me to marry him :)

7/01/2011: Started renting my sister's guest room together

7/14/2011: Got married officially

USCIS

10/26/2011: sent I-130 I-485 and I-765

11/02/2011: received Email USCIS Acceptance Confirmation for I-130 I-485 and I-765

11/03/2011: received NOA1 for I-130 I-485 and I-765

11/23/2011: Biometrics appointment for I-485 and I-765

01/09/2012: Recieved EAD in mail

02/08/2012: Interview Date (APPROVED!)

C 9. I suppose each letter should go in one parentheses, but it is correct otherwise.
