The concept of a country being for one religion is about as Un-American as it is possible to be

Its more Un-American than banning US Citizens travelling to Cuba which is the biggest restriction on my freedom that has ever happened to me. Europeans would never accept the government telling them where they cannot go

Conclusion ? Its all humbug and lies with no 'principles' underlying any of this. "We don't torture" was a lie and so is all the rest of it.
