Guys, I am glad to have bumped into this forum and I need you help.

I filed my I 751 waiver back in Jan and have an interview next week. While going through the paperwork, I realized that I specified my ex-wife's date of birth incorrectly in the I 751 form. What is going to happen now? What should I do as my interview is coming soon? Please advise.

As soon as you get there tell them you notice a typo on the form and correct it. Mistakes happen. This way they know you're being upfront and honest. You're not the only one to make a mistake on a form and it's ALWAYS best to address it in a "before we get started I was going through my paperwork and noticed my ex-wife's birthdate was listed wrong. Her actual birthday is XXXX. Here's proof from our previously filed forms." and that'll be the end of it.

Thanks for the reply!! I feel so dumb but at the same time in my written declaration/letter, which was submitted at the same time, I did write down the correct date for another situation, I was describing.

Also, do I let my lawyer know about this too (before hand)?

If you HAVE a lawyer (you don't need one) then yes. Always keep your lawyer fully informed. He can't give you complete and accurate advice if he doesn't know everything.
