Are passport size pictures not allowed?

I was just re-reading some information that came with packet 3. And it says that the specification is 2 inches square, well thats huge!

Has anyone just used a normal photo booth or do you HAVE to have the size specified, if so is it easy to find?

I-130 Process

NOA2 Approval recieved in the mail - 08/09/06

I-129F Process - With new form!

NOA2 arrived in mail - 08/26/06

NVC For I-129F

Arrived at NVC and Case # assigned - 08/28/06

Case Sent to London - 08/31/06

Packet 3 arrived - 09/13/06

Packet 3 Sent - 09-14-06

Medical - 09-21-06

Recieved Police Certificate - 10-03-06 (Took 34 days)

Packet 4 arrived - 10-04-06

INTERVIEW - 10-18-06 -APPROVED!

POE - Boston - 10-25-06

Biometrics Appointment - 02/02/07

Recieved EAD card - 04/02/07

Applied for SSN - 04/06/07

Recieved SSN - 04/16/07

Petition to remove conditions

Sent I-751 package - 03/13/09

2" x2" is the standard size for passport photos.

2 inches x 2 inches is the standard for US Passports, and they will have to be that size. You can also use 5 cm x 5 cm as it is about the same size.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

FYI..

There is a photo shop just down the road from the London Embassy (I have forgotten the name of it) but I know they do US size photo's. I also think Snappy Snaps does US sized one's too.

Hope this helps a little, I got a photographer to do mine lol, charged me a heck of a lot of dosh. (Shame I didn't know about this site until I got to my interview :lol::lol: )

1st Nov 07 - Case status online reads "Card production ordered"

3rd Nov 07 - Greencard received in mail
