We only paid AOS bill $88, but not a visa processing bill yet. The payment web site sais: “The petitioner must next submit an Affidavit of Support with supporting financial evidence. Click the AOS Processing Instructions button below.”

I clicked the button and it takes you to a general instructions web site, where they ask you to do so only if you received this inquiry by NVC. However, NVC has never sent us this inquiry. Thus, we don’t have I-864 with a barcode. What to do?

Thanks.

Once your $88.00 Affidavit of support fee shows as "PAID" on the website you will be able to print the barcoded coversheet at the bottom of the page. This usually takes a day or two to update. Once it shows "PAID" print it out and send in the AOS package documents.

Your next step will be to wait until the IV bill is generated. Hopefully your spouse has sent them the email designating you as their agent. Once they accept your email they will generate the IV invoice for you. You will pay that.. wait a day or two to show "PAID"... then print off the IV barcode sheet and send IV packet of info to NVC.

Hello

I have questions about i-864.

I do not want to wait for instructions from the NVC, it will slow down time.

1.After my husband pay online AOS fee will appear on bar code, which must be be printed and sent in the package documentation. Can this bar code to keep in the computer and print later, because I have not a printer at home?

2.When I downloaded I-864 to fill it, should I change the barcode located on the bottom left of the first page / I will not wait for the original form that will send me from NVC /?

thank you
