Who among ou here using a majicjack?I got a problem with our majic jack, its says error 401..i tried restarting it but still didn't work. :-(. hope you can help me with this..thank you.

Go to the annoying website and look under support. We had to download an upgrade that we run when we get an error and it works fine. Been using it for two years.

I used majicjack when I was in the Philippines and it worked. My calls get dropped every minute because of bad internet connection. Call their customer service hotline.

THANKS FOR ALL UR REPLY GUYS. I APPRECIATED IT :-).I already contacted the majicjack agent and the reason why i have the error was because of my computer date...lol. anyway, a million thanks again. God bless u all.
