Fake RFE from NVC or what?????? Mailed to NVC AOS and IV packet same day on 08/29/2011. I have send proofs, certificates... everything.Triple checked before mailed to them.No information was missing or incomplete.

Called NVC AVR today and got this message.

The NVC has review your packet and forms and found information missing or incomplete on your financial evidence. The NVC mailed checklist latter on 09/02/2011 for correction.Please return this information to NVC.

Whats going on here.Monday is holiday and NVC will be closed definitely. First thing Tuesday morning i am going call NVC operator and find whats going on.

Have any of you had any experience with this or is it just FAKE RFE form NVC couse they are processing my case. Appreciate any help!!!

You really think NVC is sending out fake RFEs? And then creating fake phone messages to make sure the fake email works?

When you call you will be told you must wait for the letter to send in the responce. Look over your evidence to try to find what may be missing.

Check your email they should have emailed you. I triple checked everything and still got an rfe. Calm down and wait till you find out what it says, but they should have emailed you

Take a breath... more than likely they loaded one packet into the system and it generated a checklist for the other one instantly sending out an email to you (I received 3 of these myself) for the next packet. All its saying is they put one packet into their system and they are searching for the other one. So if you already sent the second one and you said you did then give it a week to get them to upload the second one into the system.

I've been there and it scared the hell out of me that they only received one instead of two even tho I had delivery proof they signed for both. It took a few more days from the first FALSE RFE until they finally told me they received it.

It's probably just sitting somewhere to be moved from where it is into the system.

It won't be long...until you see that it's in there :)

Just because you mailed them and they were delivered at the same time doesn't mean they were reviewed at the same time. If a processor reviewed your AOS information BEFORE reviewing your IV packet it will generate a false RFE because according to them you ARE still missing information. If you've mailed both and you know they've both been received take a deep breath. When they review the 2nd packet the information will change.

I did check my and wifes mail.None mail from NVC received.

Will give it couple of days.If not receive any mail from NVC by next friday then its probably justa an fake RFE generated by NVC.It is possible they are still processing AOS and they are missing IV packet.

False (fake)RFE's happen to most everyone who uses the speeded up and short cut methods and who send in both packages at once. Just have some patience and give them a call on Tuesday. I know it'll be hard to do but try and relax and enjoy the Labor day Weekend if able. Just an observation on my part with my case is that the second shift at NVC will be a bit more helpful than the first shift. Why? Who knows but they have the day's information infront of them and seem to be a bit more laid back. Best of luck!
