I see they are going to trial new cup sizes! make them bigger I guess. I know when they first came into RI, they were the same sized as in Canada, but wasn't long before they were bigger sized. Dunkins XL is 1 big cup of coffee, so I guess they need to compete with that! In that article it stated Starbucks is trialing a larger sized as well 31 ounces!! crazy!!

Canadians Visiting the USA while undergoing the visa process, my free advice:

1) Always tell the TRUTH. never lie to the POE officer

2) Be confident in ur replies

3) keep ur response short and to the point, don't tell ur life story!!

4) look the POE officer in the eye when speaking to them. They are looking for people lieing and have been trained to find them!

5) Pack light! No job resumes with you

6) Bring ties to Canada (letter from employer when ur expected back at work, lease, etc etc)

7) Always be polite, being rude isn't going to get ya anywhere, and could make things worse!!

8) Have a plan in case u do get denied (be polite) It wont harm ur visa application if ur denied,that is if ur polite and didn't lie! Refer to #1

They say bigger is better!! lol I now all the Hortons in Ri and Mass are closed, don't think the smaller sizes caused them to close, Dunkins just has a strangle hold on the market there!! Plus the Tims didnt taste anywhere near the same as it did in Canada!! I thought the current XL was fine, any bigger and I think I would just be throwing it out at times!!

Are you kidding me!? Wow. I am not a coffee drinker so I do not understand the need to have so much coffee!

Ok, I do drink coffee, but only cold coffee products. I used to work at Tim Hortons for a long time and now that I am at McDonalds, I am hooked on the McCafe line...I always drink the Iced Mochas. Not so much the hot stuff though.

That said, I couldn't imaging drinking 24 oz of iced mocha! I would be wired all day!!!

Everything has to be supersized!! Not to get off topic, but thats what I'm enjoying here in Nicaragua-----Smaller portions!! You don't feel soo stuffed!! Even room for dessert. A large sized coffee here is about the size of a medium Dunkin donuts coffee. Now I could handle a bigger sized cup than that,lol

I see no need for a larger cup - I just ahve to stick it in the microwave when it goes cold on me :(

my thoughts exactly. why get a bigger cup if you have to nuke it and then it will taste nasty. i'd prefer smaller cups and fresh brewed. just because i drink like 3 cups first thing in the morning doesn't mean i want a1L cup..besdies..just means that much more to spill if you trip :P

Some days (well probably many,lol) I could go for a bigger XL, but if I don't have it, I really do not miss it. Or I just make an excuse and drive and get another!!!
