nearing 7 months, no NOA2...can my fiancé come as tourist?

WIll my German fiancé encounter any problems at Border Patrol (or at all) if and when she comes for a visit to the States in mid-October? I mean, I hope she has a K1 in hand by then, but if not, I would still like for her to visit. We filed for the K1 back in mid-February, but have not received our NOA2 yet.

She shouldn't if she brings information showing her strong ties to home and an intent to return when the visit is over. Mine brought a copy of the petition and NOA1 during her visits but was never asked for them.

I have read advice that the following can be helpful in showing that your fiance intends to return to her home country:

bank statements showing an open account with money in it

apartment lease or mortgage

letter from employer stating that she is employed and expected to return to work on a certain date

evidence of a round trip ticket

any information you have received such as a NOA1, 2 or interview letter regarding your visa application

People have been refused entrance before but most people don't have an issue.
