Ok so Kristine will have her interview on the 1st and i wanted to write a letter to the CO affirming our relationship. I previously petitioned someone who was already living here in the U.S about 7 years ago but we divorced within 4 months so i wanted to convey that this time i am ready, is this letter ok or is it too much?

To whom it may concern,

I Michael Yost wanted to say how much I cherish Kristine Renelie Gonzales Guron and vow to support her in every capacity for the rest of our lives. I started this petition after traveling to see Kristine 4 times and several thousands of hours in verbal communications via Skype, phone and various other channels. I have tried at best to visit her on average of every 3 months in the 1 year and 6 months since we have been together. I knew after the third trip to the Cayman Islands that I was going to ask Kristine to marry me thus bringing our Journey to her interview in Jamaica. Although I was previously married I understand at that time I was not secure in my life or ready for a real marriage mentally or financially. It is because of my past experience I put a great deal of thought into my decision to ask Kristine to marry me and hope that we will be together again soon.

My Proposal to kristine!!! :)

I would not mention that you were not ready to be married last time, you are giving the CO to ask more questions. Just make sure your girl understands why and when the divorce took place *just in case* the CO asked..

I wouldn't include all of that information. Make sure your fiance is prepared to answer any questions that may arise about your previous marriage, but you don't have to tell the CO more than he wants to know. Keep the form very simple... I, (your name here) am willing, and am free to marry (fiancee's name here) within 90 days of her arrival in the US. Then sign it, and you're done. :)
