How long does the FBI check take after i have had the Biometrics taken?Also What happens next? Do i have my Work Permit Interview? Or the Adjustment O f Status Interview?Or do i have to wait a while? I had my Biometrics done on Saturday 16 September.

FBI check, a couple of months to a couple of years. Depending.

No EAD interview.

There will be an AoS interview.

I had my biometric done in July 25

My AOS was approved on Sept 15

Must be an easy name check

There are 2 types of FBI checks, name and fingerprints, you can find out about them here. You will not know if you have cleared the checks until your AOS interview or you get transfered to the CSC without the need for an AOS interview.

There isn't an interview for the EAD.
