How did the Visa Center noticed/informed you if you got NOA2?

They will send you a Notice of Action, if you sent the email form, they also will send you an email or text message (I dunno how it's done for the texts)

How did the Visa Center noticed/informed you if you got NOA2? Will they send a notice or call my fiance?

As soon as your petition approved, the USCIS will update your online status and email or txt you. After that in a week or so you will recieve a letter form the USCIS.

Be, "Pro-Active".

Study Igor's List & estimate your approximate time of acceptance (compare your timeline to others from the RP with the same NOA-1 date & from the same Service Center) , give it +5 days, then start calling them daily, ask for a supervisor & how you might escalate your case...
